Is it enjoyable? That’s the simplest question we ask at Pop the Channel. We don’t care whether something is considered prestige television, a forgotten 70s show, a Hallmark mystery, a new streaming series, or an unhinged B-movie. Everything gets the same test. If it feels like watching water boil or gets stuck in the River of Molasses, it’s probably headed for the Trash. If it keeps us watching, it’s Fire. And Fire doesn’t mean masterpiece. It means watchable.
